Let me just start by saying "book this company". I hired Killarney Tour & Taxi at the recommendation of a friend who'd used them about 10 years and they fully met my expectations. Jack Hayden (owner of the company) was our private tour guide for 8 days as we traveled from Dublin, Waterford, Cork, Limerick, Galway, and then back to Dublin. My wife and I had already put together a decent little itinerary, but he had many recommendations of things to add along the way that were off the beaten path and not well known. He was extremely friendly and patient with the fact we had my parents with use that had decreased mobility. He got us as close to the entrances of places whenever feasibly possible and did a great job of communicating anytime he wouldn't be picking us up at the exact location he dropped us at. He arrived early every day and I we never felt rushed. His van was clean and spacious and his driving was fantastic. Had I tried to drive while over there, I can assure you my trip would have been a lot more stressful and a lot less fun. There are really zero negatives I can say about Jack or his company. Money well spent to make my Ireland vacation and my parent's first European vacation memorable. Thank you Jack. I will gladly recommend you to any and all friends I have heading your way.”

“Four friends and myself recently took an 18 day vacation in Ireland, and we did so knowing full well the caronavirus could wreck havoc on our schedule. We had already had to make a number of changes to our planned itinerary even before departing the States. And, our fears were somewhat justified as we would soon find out. But wait, we met a man named Jack. And, while I'm not nominating him for sainthood, he did prove to be a savior when it came to our time in Ireland. There were numerous times when he made on-the-fly adjustments to ensure every day's schedule was chock full of things to do and places to see that weren't a part of our original itinerary. On one occasion, he got us out to see the gardens on Garnish Island even though we had been told that it wasn't possible.
Having said all that, I haven't even mentioned his personality. Yes, he was our tour guide/driver,but he was even more. He became a part of our little reunion group. We're a group that loves to laugh, tell stories and pick on each other. Somewhere along the way, he became one of us, joining in with our playful banter.
In summary, an already great trip was made even better thanks to a man named Jack Hayden.”

”Our guide and driver Mick, was very knowledgeable and a funny guy. My family of 6, which was made up of 3 couples, had a great time. He took us anywhere we wanted within reason and waited for us until we were done. He gave us suggestions on what things to do and see. He also gave us some suggestions on restaurants to go to.”

“My family spent 2 wonderful days with Jack touring the Ring of Kerry and the Dingle Peninsula. This was a private tour for the 5 of us. We were picked up at our AIRBnB. Jack was a great tour driver, and provided a lot of information as we drove along. We stopped at fantastic places on both tours. We were able to get into places that the big buses are not able too, and this made the additional price well worth it”.
